My husband and I came on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't crowded at all. We sat right by the water and had a beautiful view. Our server was friendly and attentive.. The food wasn't anything to write home about, but the side salad was surprisingly large and fresh! They were out of quite a few menu items like burgers and chicken, though. My husband's fish did feel over-fried, but the view and the ambiance were worth it for sure. We didn't get any drinks, but we felt like the food wasn't too overpriced.

This is about 1hr away from us but it never disappoints. Being on the water while having lunch or dinner is so relaxing. The service is great & they make sure everything is just how you ordered it. The food is some of the best I’ve had. Bacon Cheeseburgers are delicious, Fish Sandwich’s are yummy but the hush puppies are my favorite!! My daughter enjoyed her BLT (no T) as well! I’ve never been when a band was playing but I’m sure it can only add to the enjoyment. I frequent as many times as I can but this was the first trip with my daughters & they loved it!

Had lunch here today, 5/18/25. The fish basket meal was delicious. Service was top notch. And we couldn't ask for a more beautiful day on the river. I don't understand why there are any negative reviews. My first time today. Will definitely return!!

Had a great experience at Madison Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar! We sat in the bar section, which was perfect… it gave us a beautiful view of the river while we ate. The vibe was super relaxed, and it’s the kind of place where you can go casual or a bit fancy depending on your mood. I love that the menu has a mix of simple, classic meals and more elevated options. I went with the BLT sandwich meal — nothing too fancy, but it was done just right and only $9. Sometimes the basics, when done well, really hit the spot. Fresh, satisfying, and no complaints at all. I was so happy to see they sell non-alcoholic beer for those that want to enjoy the taste without the buzz. Not a lot of places have that option. I’ll definitely be going back — whether for a chill lunch with a view or to try one of their fancier entrees next time!
